AI IS NOT FRIEND | Artificial Intelligence | Keynote Speaker Shawn Kanungo

If you follow my posts or know me personally, you know I am an optimist. But a recent experience with my kids using AI worried me.

After using ChatGPT-4o's voice capabilities, I noticed my daughter was speaking to it like an old friend. The ability to have deep, intimate connections through dialogue is an incredibly powerful tool. It can impact our opinions, worldviews, and decisions.

I explained to her that while AI will be the greatest tool ever, we have to avoid the same mistakes we made with the internet and social media.

AI is not your friend. It is a tool.
