Singapore will host a regional team to tackle cyberthreats to the tune of S$10 million over a decade. It will strengthen the sharing of information and best practices. Singapore said such an organisation is necessary, especially when vulnerabilities in the cyberspace remain unknown and novel. At the ASEAN Digital Ministers' Meeting, a regional guide was also endorsed. The first of its kind, it will compile requirements on how artificial intelligence should be developed and used in ASEAN.
