Automate Tasks using AI | Business | Sarthak Ahuja

While people are using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and DeepSeek... I’ve found a crazy tool that can do so much more and just absolutely free up hours from your daily work schedule...

I found this AI tool called Gumloop... which you can use to automate any clerical business task...

How it works is in three steps:

1/ First define the website you want it to scrape - this could be your mailbox, or YouTube, or a blog, or your company’s task board

2/ Then give it a task that it should run - for example, it should extract recent posts or emails with a few keywords, or filter information, write summaries, etc

3/ And then process that information to give you a report, which can get updated on a Google Doc, or sent to you as an email, or sent to you on WhatsApp

You can use it for:

- Finding leads for business and inputting the information in a CRM
- Extract data from invoices and update them into Excel sheets
- Convert a YouTube video into a blog post on your website
- Go through resumes received in a mailbox to filter and shortlist candidates
- Set up 30 minute meetings with hot leads from your mailbox

The task of such AI agent tools is to automate daily tasks and give you an AI assistant at half the cost or less of an actual human.
