AI is the driving force behind the next technology revolution. Buckle your seat belts; this is going to be a wild ride. The breadth and SPEED of how AI will fundamentally change our capabilities as small businesses is something history has not seen before. I am the first to admit, I was wrong on this. Just last summer I really thought we had at least a few years before it would be ingrained into the technology offerings at the level it is today, as in rigth now. I think this year, AI will begin to shape businesses that will prosper and grow from the ones that may not make it another 3 years, based on the adoption, at some level, of AI. Need proof? We will talk about the recent AI tech sector upset, Deepseek, which impacted the financial platforms by introducing a new AI platform by China. Spoiler: It was sold as being able to do more at 1/100th the compute costs. We will have an owner-to-owner discussion about the risks we need to be mindful of and plan for as we march down the unchartered paths of AI adoption in 15 minutes or less!
