Google is eating up Character.ai!

This comes after Google rehired Character.AI co-founders Noam Shazeer, and Daniel De Freitas, and their 30 employees. The deal was worth over $2.5 Billion.
What’s interesting is that Google has come up with an exclusive agreement for this deal allowing it to buy out character.ai’s investors without taking ownership of the company.
