TCS has announced that it is going to train hundreds of IT employees working at TCS on generative AI skills. If you are wondering how to learn AI while working in TCS, Infosys, Wipro, or any other IT services company then you are at the right place at the right time. Since generative AI has a huge potential not only for businesses but also for tech employees, the number of AI engineers needed today against the actual number of engineers available is pretty low. This is why these corproate upskilling programs are being initiated. However, here’s a catch, these programs will not benefit everyone, because of how these programs are implemented.

If you are thinking how to upskill yourself in AI while working in IT industry then relying on these courses alone might not be a great strategy for you.
