AI native: that look at the agency world and say wow the agency world is obsolete.
Cut and Run: The agency I'm at isn't going to evolve: in time I'm going to leave and build a smarter agency from the ground up.
AI into everything we do: We'll need fewer people We'll get better smarter tech and we're just going to be better and more efficient than these existing agencies.
