After stepping down as CEO in 2021 and passing leadership to Andy Jassy, Jeff Bezos has made a notable return to Amazon. In a recent interview, Bezos revealed that he is now dedicating 95% of his time to artificial intelligence initiatives.
Bezos underscored AI’s transformative potential, describing it as an “enabling layer” capable of enhancing nearly every aspect of technology and business.
“It will be in everything,” he stated.
Although Amazon has been seen as lagging behind competitors like Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI, the company is making strategic moves in AI, such as investing in Anthropic and launching its own Nova AI models to strengthen its position in the race.
