Microsoft Modern Work Business Director Lucy Debono discussed Microsoft’s major investments into AI around the world.

“Knowledge workers in Australia are actually bringing their own AI to work,” Ms Debono told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood.

“Those that are using it are finding a sense of reduced overwhelm.

“The impacts of products like Copilot for Microsoft 365 … is really quite phenomenal to see.

“Something like 90 per cent of our power users today saying that it’s helping them feel they are reducing that sense of overwhelm at work and really importantly finding joy in the work that they’re doing.”
