I cover what I call the 3 revolutions: digital, sustainability, and purpose, explaining how they influence the future job market and societal structures, in general. The talk also addresses the potential of AI to either benefit or harm society, underscoring the importance of wise regulation and ethical considerations. Examples and comparisons are provided to highlight the impact of AI in various sectors, from pharma development to virtual assistants. The overarching message is to embrace technological advancements while maintaining a human-centric approach. Embrace technology but don't become it!
