EXTRA CLARIFICATIONS:
- a better phrasing to use than “recruited” would be “invited to apply” but i hadn’t thought of such eloquent phrasing at the time of recording & YT titles/thumbails require being extremely concise
- there were still many interviews after online assessment that i never got to, and im not saying i would’ve done well in those
- this was not meant as an excuse (ppl smarter than me would be able to remember math they learned a couple years ago). moreso a learning experience
- I spent a lot of time explaining the miscommunication but obvi it was neither of their faults and one thing I did not go in detail enough on was that it was also an issue of my poor interpretation of what they were saying. The researcher’s advice about the test ended up being pretty correct. and I could’ve asked for more clarification if I had thought at the time that I misunderstood something, but I was pretty confident based on literally being given a study guide
