India has a skilled workforce speaking the language of business. Positioned at the centre of communication links, and embracing a culture of education and research, India is proven in technology delivery and in the economic returns. India is strategically positioned for the opportunities from cloud, data, artificial intelligence, and automated knowledge worker services which are set to bring further societal and economic transformation. Beyond the role in technology, India can lead in value-added areas like embedding AI in software, assurance of AI, blended and derived data product management, benchmark testing, knowledge worker services from the cloud, and industry sector bureau model services. Operating on a risk-based approach to services and using an ecosystem model, India can have technology transformation for national security, an educational priority for advancement, and a corner stone of economic policy.
