Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says questions have arisen on how quickly business owners will “understand and adopt” artificial intelligence technology.
Mr Greenwood’s comments come as rising energy prices, high interest rates and subdued consumer demand have put pressure on small business owners.
According to CBA research 35 per cent of SME owners are concerned about energy prices but even more are concerned about rising costs.
