Sky News host Rita Panahi has reacted to Donald Trump posting an AI-generated photo of himself presiding over a rocky mountain range in Canada with a Canadian flag flying proudly.
Days after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met US President-elect Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, Fox News Senior White House Correspondent Peter Doocy outlined what was said between the two.
Mr Doocy reported that Justin Trudeau told the President-elect that new tariffs would kill the Canadian economy, and Trump joked to him that if Canada can’t survive without ripping off the US to the tune of $US100 billion a year, then maybe Canada should become the 51st state and Trudeau could become its governor.
“This is now hilarious that Donald Trump has posted this picture on Instagram of him – a photoshopped image, obviously – presiding over a rocky mountain range in Canada with the Canadian flag flying proudly following his dinner with Justin Trudeau,” Ms Panahi said.
